Flash Player:
Portions of this site require the user to have the Macromedia Flash Player
installed. The Flash Player and any application that uses the Flash Player
is not capable of automatically collecting any personal data from the
user's computer. Macromedia published an article titled Your
Privacy and the Macromedia Flash Player that explains what types of
information the Flash Player can potentially collect. This site does not
collect any of the information described in the article.
Mailing List:
We require information from the user in order to sign-up to our mailing
list. A user must provide contact information (such as, email address,
name, address, etc.) and can optionally provide other personal information.
We use this information internally to provide more targeted information
to our subscribers. We will never sell or share our subscriber's
email addresses or other personal information.
The data associated with the MKH Productions mailing list is managed
by Microsoft bCentral. This third-party partner will not share or sell
any information provided to MKH Productions that is stored on their servers.
